No. Service animals only. Some of the other resorts, 4 in all, are just starting to admit dogs for 50-75 a night. Google "Disneyworld allows dogs" for a complete explanation
This is not one of the 4 resorts that allow dogs unless it is a service animal.
I understand right now it's service dogs only, but I also have recently heard of some Disney hotels becoming pet friendly. Their site is the best place to find out the details.

The WDW resort as a whole is starting to allow pets in select hotels. The WDW Resort does have a state of the pet kennel.
I believe this resort is not on the list of newly pet friendly locations.
