There is no height restrictions to ride but the water at the end is more than 4 feet deep. They must be able to swim unassisted. The water slide at Tower 5 (with the pirate ship) has a height restriction, I think it is 48 inches.

There is a height restriction on the ship slide of 42" i believe. There is no height restriction for the other pool slide but the child must be able to swim on their own to use.

No, some of the children were very small and they do have life guards who monitor the slides.
They have different slides but as far as I know thise slides are at your own risk. But I did see a lifeguard by one slide. Its not a water park!
