Currently staying right now in B Resort. The amount of money that’s charged for such trashy rooms is mind blowing. No fridge. No microwave. No balcony access even though you pay more for a balcony. This place is a big joke. Nothing but scams. Not child focused. Ice maker For the floors are broken. They charge you extra fees that are not discussed beforehand, so be aware. No complimentary breakfast. Not worth the money at all. Housekeeping is not existent.

Loved the location, great valet service. Very good check in desk. The room had a slightly stuffy odor. OMG, great food at The Kitchen, restaurant. We all are way too much.

Mouse droppings in my bed. Place was filthy and musty smelling. We needed two extra nights for flight home and after seeing those mouse droppings in our bed the night before we covered the matress with towels and went straight to my father in laws first thing in the morning. They charged us a resort fee when we left but never cleaned our room and no resort amenities. This place should be condemned and demolished. For the $600 I spent on two nights you can do much better. The fireworks show is a joke too. Door doesn't open and condensation on the door doesn't let you see the show. Management is hiding these atrocities. Read their worst google reviews and you will see they only reply to fake 5 star google reviews. They never reply to upset guest.

No resort that i know on property has a shuttle to the airport. They do have shuttle service to and from the Disney parks. Only shuttle to the airport is Disney magical express and that is only offered to Disney owned resorts.

No. Magic Bands are only for Disney Hotels. This is not a Disney owned hotel.
It depends on the day. On the weekends its 3-4 PM. If arrive before that you still can drop off you luggage at the concierge and go on to Disney springs, it's a 15 minute walk and you also can catch a bus to the parks and other resorts.
We stayed for 2 nights and self parked and had an additional $170 or more for the stay. Resort fee, parking fee, taxes...etc
Maria, the truth is that I went with My car and I did not ask but surely in the lobby they will solve that for you .. Go to that hotel .. You will like it ..
They have a full restaurant as well as a second location on site that has quick grab options

My room wasn't that horrible as previous guest mentioned, it had uncomfortable pillows for sure but no smell, no wet feeling (i mean its super humid in Orlando), great location, nice pool area, has a restaurant
there is a free bus. but we took uber going to the hotel because there's too many stops at night.
