Yes. AC is in every room.
They are individual in each room and extremely loud and noisy!! Find better than what you're thinking about spending here.
The AC is central per room which is a good thing. And bedding is changed between guests.
AC is central per room with a thermostat controller. Sheets are changed between guests. But if same guests are in room you will have to ask for bedding sheets and towels and change them on your own.
The AC is central Air. The bedding is definitely changed between guests and a 24 hour occupancy between guests.
