So I needed a tire rotation for my prius n I got it serviced here.i jump on The freeway right after n my car wouldn't go over 61 mph n as soon as i start too get up too 55 mph,my dash board starts too mark my traction control n prevents me from going over 61 mph.i took it back the next day to get it fixed n thay told me that they don't fix hybrids n I told them that it should matter if it's a hybrid or not because it just a tire rotation because I had it changed before at different shops that dident service hybrids.a tire is a tire so the mark of the car doesn't matter at all when changing tires.now im stuck with a car that won't go over 61 mph n that won't fix it.

took my car a while back for electrical issues and one of the guys there told me that I needed to replace the harness and charged me 150 for the part plus labor which came around 450 so thinking it was the whole harness I check my car and he just ripped out the bad connector and soldered in the other on probably taken from the junkyard and guess what the car still had issues so I got ripped off and still had problems with my car

I had some extensive work here done on my vehicle, once I got it back I had several issues with the car running properly. After they worked on the engine they broke some vacuum lines which I ended up fixing myself. In addition we haven't drove the car for more then 6,000 miles and are now having problems with the timing chain. I called and the customer support was rude and not willing to help, I was referring family and friends to this location in hopes of supporting local businesses, however I will never use this company or refer anyone any longer. Please be wise and do not come here find a reliable shop with better customer service and puts there customer first and back there work 100%.
