No resort that i know on property has a shuttle to the airport. They do have shuttle service to and from the Disney parks. Only shuttle to the airport is Disney magical express and that is only offered to Disney owned resorts.
How close is this hotel to the airport?
Uber or Lyft. There is a shuttle to the Disney springs and the parks. Parks shuttles can take some time as they go through all the hotels in the springs areas and the different parks.

No shutttle, rent a car stongly advised for Orlando since puplic transport is very limited. Uber is also good option.
