Can someone please tell me how many Wyndham points are used to purchase a Disney ticket at guest services?....Can I use my points to purchase universal studios also?

Universal tickets = no. As for Disney, i think it depends on what level of tickets you want. We were there in December, and instead of using points, we did an hour-long owner's "refresh" which got us heavily discounted passes. Three-day park hopper's for equal to what 2-day single park Tix would have been. Our park hoppers also included fast passes. Well worth the hour presentation, especially since we knew we weren't buying anything new/more!

It was 40,000 a few years ago but call the VIP line to be sure.

I do not know. However I purchased theme park tickets in the UK and found them significantly better value. Google it.
