If you book in tower 5 or 6 you also have a better chance at seeing more fireworks.
The new tower 6 includes Presidential Reserve in the top several floors.
They have 3-4 bedrooms, larger living area.
New towers are a bit bigger I found but it could be apartment we booked this year
They are very similar with slight improvements on the new towers
