There's actually two tours, a short history tour that takes approximately 30 to 40 min and then the main tour which takes about 1.5 hrs, both tours are optional
The tour is closer to 90 minutes from the film to where it ends, near the entrance to the lower level & ocean windows. You may want to spend additional time before or after the tour to see the living spaces and the LEO.
About an hour and a half to 2 hours.
Paul Flor is essentially correct, but that's for the tour. You are not obligated to take the tour, but if you don't, you'll miss out on a huge part of the story.
