This is definitely not a handicap friendly space. Lots of stairs once you get in to do the tour

No. They can make accommodations but if anything said person will mostly be left out of the mayor parts of the tour.
I overheard the front desk telling someone that they can make accommodations. They will not be able to follow the exact same path as the tour.

It is not very accessible, like Julie said lots of stairs some tight spaces.

There are stairs that a wheelchair cannot go down. So no, all areas are not handicap friendly.
