I am interested in moving into these apartments and have completed an application, but all this talk of cockroaches in the apartments is worrying me. Can anybody speak to this? Thank you.

I haven't seen any cockroaches.

I just moved in and our apartment was very clean and no bugs, and maintenance fixed the problems we had w the appliances!

I had SO many roaches. I was in a full remodel and literally had them everyday. I had the apartment sprayed several times as well. My apartment was clean and I sealed all my food in plastic containers. Nothing like turning on the lights in the morning and seeing them scurry on the counter. 🙃

We've had a few cockroaches. The thing we've had the most problem with are the little black beetles. We get several a day. We've been told that someone sprays but we've never seen it happen and the bugs seem fine around here so I honestly doubt they're spraying. If you're interested in this complex (please check elsewhere first, this place is a disaster) then I'd invest in your own bug spray. Good luck!!

Candyce, Yes we have all types of insects and being in the apartment field for over 30 years this is not uncommon. We do however treat the exterior monthly and the interior weekly upon request. We are here for you and can answer all your questions if you would like to contact your Leasing Specialist

Yes they have cockroaches.. I haven't had any in the apt. Maintenance doesn't care so u have to cover up holes in your apt and put down poison and get door weather strips make sure you get sink drains etc don't have any craw space and get pest control weekly in and outdoors .. other than that it's a cool.place and don't pick apts near pools or dumpsters and make sure dog poop is cleaned up because that's a really huge draw for them as they love to eat poop

No roaches here! Not 1 bug

Stephanie Harrison | May 2, 2019

Only sewer roaches maybe 4 since I lived here.

I have found cockroaches like 3 times in my apartment over 2 years and more often outside at night after rain, But it's not a constant thing and they offer weekly pest control scheduling. Though if you are familiar with the area, we do tangle with scorpions as well. Again, not a constant, but we have a lot of pools and curious desert life in the area.
