After needing to move immediately I started looking at a lot of apartments throughout the valley. You realize that a lot of them are very similar, with a lot of the same features and relatively close and cost. When I came to The Retreat, I immediately liked the clean community, and the friendly staff. However it was their leasing manager - Ashley that really made us want to live within their community! She was extremely patient, very helpful and knew exactly what we needed. She listened and really went out of her way to help.

My wife and I have had a fantastic experience living here at the Retreat. The office management is very kind, the community is quiet and clean. The apartment is very nice and updated, and maintenance in our experience has been prompt in fixing any issues. We've seen them making tons of improvements to make our living experience better here, and we are super thankful to see that they care about the little things. Other than that, the location has been fantastic being so close to the 17 & 101, we can really get anywhere we need in 15 minutes. Highly suggest!

A delay in receiving your renewal offer does not have anything to do with a possible rent increase. It does have to do with a computer challenge and we hope they will go out yet this week. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to the Leasing Center.

Not NEARLY bad as before, but they are still around the dumpsters. The property manager could give 2 craps less about the people who live here. We are nothing more than $ signs, late fees, and taxs. I've NEVER lived at a property where the manager was more detached, ruthless, completely without compassion, empathy, or sympathy. She is heartless and souless. We got rental assistance, and this nasty woman refused the payment from them unless we were there at the EXACT SAME MOMENT. She would take our payment and hold it until Family Services arrived with the check THE SAME DAY, just to make it even MORE DIFFICULT to pay and getting another day of late fees THAT IS TAXED! Money hungry mongorals!
