Anyone who lives in the retreat and stays in the fully upgraded units is it worth it? Is it nice? Or would you go somewhere else? Thanks!

Unfortunately, no! This place is not worth it. Somewhere else is a greater option

Definitely not worth it. Office staff nepotism is in place. As well their upgrade was falling apart immediately. Flooring, cabinets, plumbing, lighting all had issues within the first 2 months. Dog park is a joke. The water that's supposed to be there for the animals- maintenance removed the spicket There is no autonomy amongst staff as well. Run Forest Run from this place

The day I moved in parts of the remodel started to pull apart or fall off and needed replacing right away. Jessica was the only considerate employee, apart from The maintenance team. They have ridiculous fees for the most minor thing and will leave an evection notice on your door about 20 seconds after any infraction. Even with the dog park available, the grounds are a mess people don’t clean up after themselves in apartments don’t enforce this rule. At one point my upstairs neighbor had dumped water on the floor and it was leaking through a light in my kitchen and they decided that it was not a critical issue or really bad for an owl. I wasn’t able to use my light for several days because it needed to dry out and they really didn’t do anything to correct it. I also made several complaints about my neighbors being extremely loud, to the point that they’re stomping above me actually knocked items off my walls and I was told by the office “that’s tough.” I was beyond disappointed here.

Terrible place to live, the property manager is very disrespectful And doesn’t care about anyone concern. It’s either her way or get evicted.

Yes, its worth it! They are beautiful! And the management and maintenance team are very attentive and responsive when you need something or something needs repairs. It is peaceful and quiet most of the time and I have not had any issues with bugs/scorpions as it stated on the reviews by some. This place is awesome and so are the people. Im glad I chose this place to live. Dont believe the negative reviews as alot of them are old before new management and again, I love it here.
