No there is not.. I have lived there for 3 years in a row and I've not even seen one Roach. The pest control company is actually very good and works very well.
I've lived here for 5 months now and haven't seen 1 roach.
There are roaches. The office lady told me to just pour bleach down the drain. DONT live here.

No bug problem! As long as you do your part in keeping your unit clean, maintenance does their part in keeping up with the pest control company.
They will take care of it if you have any and let them know.
