Overall, I have to say my time here has been decent. It's been over a year. The apartment itself is in great condition, there are a few things that don't work quite right or broke but nothing too major. The office has a staff that's just right. They do their jobs sufficiently and you really can't ask for much else. Some people use any position they have for power moves and I am pleased everyone at Saratoga Ridge has been level. Unfortunately rent has went up but that's everywhere so no blame. No major pests, just the summer Arizona creatures here and there. The worst of my problems has been delivery people getting confused about 2 Phases. There's double apartment numbers and two different addresses. I've had food and groceries delivered to the opposite apartment a few times. Pools everywhere, splash pad, playground, market place - it's a nice community.

I moved here in 2020 right when the pandemic was heating up and they were extremely helpful and efficient in getting me in an apartment. The apartment itself was okay, it wasn't dirty and there were no bugs but had some cosmetic blemishes, nothing to cry over. The area has definitely gone down hill but thats not their fault. In the 2 years I was there I had no huge maintenance issues, no bug issues. I did have an extremely loud upstairs neighbor move in, and Ron was SO HELPFUL. He worked with me for a few months and got them to stop, it was such a relief. I never really had to interact with the office other than that but when i did it was curteous and professional. Rent renewals were reasonable. Moveout was easy and I didn't catch any charges that weren't necessary, but my pet deposit covered most. The only reason I moved was leaving the city, otherwise I would be there now. This was my first apartment and I would recommend it to others for sure!

Idk where they’re getting all these fake reviews from it’s literally people working in the office and people out of state, read the reviews look at all the 1-3 star reviews those are the real ones. Nothing but issues from the day I moved in to the day I moved out. Dirty, garbage everywhere, old appliances that would trip the electrical circuits, old washer dryers, no parking, roaches, dog waste every where, amenities were constantly closed, management is a joke good luck getting through. Kept all deposits when I left that apartment in better and cleaner condition then when I moved in. They are still refusing to send me proof of all damages they claimed they needed to clean air ducts, re paint (paint was fine) replace the cheap bedroom door that had a crack in it, and a bunch of other random miscellaneous things that should all be apart of normal wear and tear. I wished I had never rented here they ruined my credit and kept $1000+ worth of deposits with zero proof of damages. Not worth it, so take my advice and don’t move here.

Saratoga Ridge Apartments are Top notch. The location was very convenient for my needs. The dog park was one of the better features for me as i have dogs that require a place to stretch there legs. This played a major role in my decision. The main thing that took me by surprise was how great the front office was specifically my point of contact Ron. Its what someone does when there are issues that come up that may or may not be in your control. Lets just say Ron was empathetic to our needs and truly cared about the company he works for and furthermore what he did for my family to make things go as smooth as possible. Thanks Ron you are a true asset! I cant thank you enough!

The area is good. Alot of traffic coming in and out. Ive lived here for 2 years. Alot of stores to go to walking distance
No
Echo mountain intermedia and North Canyon high school do not provide transportation because we are in the "walking zone" the buses come for special needs kids and junior high school kids ONLY.
Yes but I wouldn't recommend it, tried it once and ended up getting a eviction notice and late fees. The situation was cleared up and the late charges taken away but it was a nightmare dealing with managment. It's a waste of time and money.
Haven't had any problems with bugs of any kind in the year that I have lived here. And I'm close to a dumpster. Something I was concerned about when I first rented in the fall. Can't say that there's a smell either and it's summer in AZ lol
Yes, but they take less than good credit. Mostly they're checking for previous evictions. If your credit is super bad, you might have to pay a higher security deposit.
No there is not.. I have lived there for 3 years in a row and I've not even seen one Roach. The pest control company is actually very good and works very well.
