Lived here for a year and a half and the management was consistently rude and ineffective. Toward the end of my staying here they came under new management and it wasn't until that point I was able to get maintenance to come and fix some major issues in my unit involving mold and my AC unit. My experience here was absolutely horrible for a laundry list of reasons Never had enough experience with the new shift in management to redeem this place in my eyes personally but I wish anyone moving here the best of luck and prompt repairs. ⌚🛠️🤞

Don't let the new paint job fool you... these are NOT 'luxury' apartments. It's not uncommon to see attacks on residents by vagrants, huge bugs, and there is NO service or general competency from the leasing office. They're trying to raise the price as high as they can to make up for the fact that the bottom/ground level floods almost every year, so make sure if you do make the mistake of renting here that you do NOT rent a 1st floor apartment. RUN FAR FROM HERE!

Been here for a month and things have been terrible. My family and I drove across the country and paid two weeks in advance to have our place ready for move in. While on the road, (3days before our scheduled move in day) they asked if they could push our move in day back 3 more days because they were in the process of putting new floors in. I told them it is not possible as we had already left or home state. The day of our move in they told us that they were still working on our place but should be done around 3pm that same day. Then they called again and pushed the time back to 5:30. We agreed to wait due to having no other choice. They didn’t finish until 8:30 pm. Because we had nowhere else to go we cleaned the place ourselves so that we could have a place to sleep. The floors they put down has lumps and bubbles in it, the toilet was atrocious, someone painted the bathroom mirror, the cabinets in the kitchen were filthy. The work that was being done when we arrived is falling apart. We were very patient and understanding due to the fact they are understaffed. They have only two maintenance men for almost 300 apartments (they’re very nice men and try their best). My husband who works in construction offered his services and applied and they said they would call him because they need the help and they still haven’t called. Meanwhile we are continuing to have issues. The property manager told us he would fix all of the problems and issues we had and we gave them a detailed list of the issues the day after we moved in and we’ve had to constantly put in work orders because they never came. Our place was never exterminated so on top of all of those things we are dealing with a beetles everywhere. The apartment looks nothing like what was advertised online and though they are doing some exterior updates, we have still had so many issues inside that have not been addressed despite reaching out to the property manager directly.

Beware of BAIT AND SWITCH tactics employed by this management company. The advertised prices are not what they actually charge. Applied for an apartment on the website advertised at $1300. When we got the call congratulation us on being accepted the price shot up $200. When I pointed out the discrepancy the response was, "We didn't have time to change the website" I don't care! You HAVE to rent at the advertised price or you are committing illegal BAIT AND SWITCH! UPDATE POST RESPONSE: CAM and taxes do not total $200. Nice try at excusing this behavior though! When I pointed it out no one said anything about CAM and taxes. I was told you "didn't have time" to update the website. I find this to be a poor excuse for Bait and Switch practices.
