Everything about this place is horrible with the exception of a few pretty trees. Office staff is a complete joke, absolutely useless and beyond incompetent. Know nothing about anything. No way to reach management. They contract a towing company to make money and tow vehicles in the complex with little warning to the tenants. They’re dirty. Everything about them. Future reference, any complex that doesn’t even have a direct contact number for management, only email is shady and could care less about their tenants. Not to mention a main water line busting at least once a month. Place is a Complete joke. Do yourself a favor an find another apartment.

Never had an issue while I lived at this apartment complex until I moved out and didn’t receive my deposit of $400. The first time I called I gave them my information and was told I would be called back about my claim but that never happened so I had to call again. This time I was helped by the assistant manager who at first was very polite. I explained my issue that I was still waiting to get my deposit back and he told me he would give me a call back around 4:30pm which he did. This time his demeanor had changed and he told me there was nothing that they could do on their end once they sent it out. I asked if that was stated in any policy and for him to send it to my email so that I could review which I am still waiting on. They have been unhelpful to even give me a tracking number for the check so that I can file a claim through USPS. It’s very unfortunate that this experience now overshadows the great 2 years I had living there. Very sad.

Do not live here!! While the price looks good and the amenities are okay, it is not worth the hassle. Maintenance takes days to weeks to respond. I’ve been living here for about 3 months and so far I’ve had my back door broken and move in was delayed by a week with no fixed prorated rent!, ALL my outlets break, my place smelt of cigarettes and cat and no attempt of fixing the smell before having another resident, CONSTANT roach problems (I have to pay someone myself to spray because maintenance doesn’t respond), terrible odors from the AC and again no maintenance response on fixing that, and lastly parking looks great but have fun fitting anything but a bike in a spot. SAVE YOUR MONEY! You can walk down to the office to complain/ talk to them for help but trust me when I say nothing will get taken care of.

I would give 0 stars if I could. After living in the complex for a few months the property was sold to Tides who then violated the terms of the lease. Without giving any notice, they brought in exterior painters. I came home to find my patio furniture on the grass outside of my building, I lived on the second floor, and plants on my balcony covered in paint. After 6 months I moved out and never received any deposit refund or word on why the deposit wasn't returned. When I called they said that I was due money back and that they were sending a check. When the check never came I called again and they conveniently said I had to pay a carpet cleaning fee that happened to be equal to the amount I was previously told I would be getting back. The management was horrible to work with and never returned calls or got back to me when they said they would. Not to mention the sketchy people that hang out at the complex that don't live there. I would absolutely not recommend this property to anyone.

They offer one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. They are all very similar in square footing and are all basically the same shape interior and exterior.

Apartments are good but management people are not... With my personal experience don't trust them what they say get everything in written.... A small example it took them months and multiple complaints to clear doggy do in front of my apartment

Per the lease, it's a $150 security deposit, a $150 non-refundable pet deposit, and $20 per month in addition to rent. Restricted breeds are Doberman, German Shepard, Pitbull, Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Tierrer, Husky, Chow Chow, Alaskan Malamute, Dalmatian, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and any mix of these breeds. It is worth noting they dont ever check on what pets people have, and people living here have restricted breeds that are vicious and/or poorly trained. Be careful walking your own pets, most people here can't control theirs.
