I wanted to give a HUGE shoutout and THANK YOU to David P. and Ebone S. They both went far and beyond the call of duty. They worst feeling in the world is to be worried about keeping a roof over your family head. They both made sure my original least price was accommodated and I was treated fair. That was huge for me and I will forever be grateful. Thank you so much Team.

UPDATE - we just renewed our lease with Estates on Maryland because we couldn’t be happier here. Our lease is up at the end of September 2022 but they offered us an early bird offer that was too good to pass up, with this offer we saw our rent increase by less than $35 for a two bedroom, considering the price of rent all around Phoenix we couldn’t let that deal pass by, so we locked it in for another year! Plus, we really love the two pools, community outdoor fireplace, bbqs, dog park, movie theater, gym, etc. This is such a great place to live, highly recommended!!! We would like to take this opportunity to thank Shayla for everything she has done. She is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions we had when we visited as well as in text and email. She has been so supportive through the whole process and worked to keep us informed every step of the way. One email mentioned that we may receive an email survey and we look forward to that so that we can share our thoughts about Shayla with the Estate of Maryland's management team.

Since the arrival of the new management, everything is a mess, there is garbage everywhere (pool and common areas), maintenance support is not available, the jacuzzi has not worked in the last 3 months, the water of the pool is green that has not maintained in over a week

I would help my friend April Taylor maintain her apartment when she had to work out of state. She always paid her rent a month in advance. When the month of April rolled around their systems went down and they told her because they couldn’t access the rent she paid, she had to get a money order and she’d receive the other money in the mail. A month and a half has passed and she’s yet to receive her money. She has called the office and sent emails and no one is responding to her. She even reached out to corporate, and still nothing. She provided all her contact information and forwarding address since moving out in April, and still nothing.

Yes 75 bucks per animal. I only know because they decided to tack on a dog fee when I have NO DOG
Plan for about 1,200 -1,300 to give yourself wiggle room varies during certain points in the year. Well worth it though.. * current resident*
