I have 2 major concerns regarding security. 1- the pedestrian gate alongside the front gate does not lock so anyone can enter the property in the middle of the night. 2- on the North east corner of the property there is no security at all so non residents can walk right in 24/7. People are also able to squeeze through the northwest gate and we have overnight guests who sleep in the storm drain running the length of the north side of the property

Renting from Presidio North has been a horrific experience. Every common area is absolutely filthy. The laundry facility is always messy, dirty floors dirty washing machines. If there aren’t moldy clothes laying in the washer then someone is stealing your clothing from the dryers. Having the police here is a common occurrence. The icing on the cake is this disgusting air conditioning I found after moving in. I contacted the office on several occasions their solution was to vacuum it…? The staff is some of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever had to deal with. I felt obligated to write this so that no one else will make the mistake of renting here.

I lived here about 3 years ago. It was a solid place to live and hassle free. I was paying about $710/month in their studio with utilities included. I was recently browsing their website and not only are their studios now almost double what I paid 3 years ago, utilities are also not included. I'm VERY aware of what's going on in the rental/home buyer market but this just praying on people. There's absolutely no excuse for it.
