If you enjoy living with roaches big and small this is the place for you. Even better is they come from the vents in the ceilings! The apartment has been “exterminated” nearly 5 times now with the same result. I recently had pest control come to the unit on Tuesday 4/12 and just this morning crawling out from the vent was another roach. When I called the front office today to have the exterminator come back I was told to wait until Tuesday or I would be responsible for the cost. This is after I was told by the exterminator to call ASAP if we seen any bugs for the next ten days.

We’ll I’ve been in my new apartment for 5 days now and I’ve haven’t had hot water since I moved in and I have 2 daughters they still haven’t replaced my water heater oh and the emergency line bailed on me 3 different times and they’re still not here

If I could give a negative 5 star review I would. The plumbing in the apartment is so effin pathetic bad I heard the plumber say the problem is under the apt. So it ain't really gonna get fixed unless they tear it down, the apartment that is. Second the office staff are rude and do not call you back like they said that they would. So nothing gets fixed. Homeless are all over the place trashing it up. A guy has his car lights on ofc it goes right into the bedroom. And he doesn't live here and he is bothering other tenants who pay to live at this place. Definitely not professional staff wise. And the manager is a rude person. So yeah if you enjoy being angry and being jipped come to Copper Palms. But if you want a quality place go look somewhere else. Don't let the nice looks on the outside fool ya.

Copper Palms is located in a hilly area of north Phoenix where the air seems a somewhat fresher,easier to breathe and also seems to rain a bit more than cenral phoenix. To me kind of a bonus. The complex is currently managed by Sheri and Venassa both of whom are competent and fair. The place is well kept up, quite and safe. Whenever i needed work done it was done correctly usually within a day. Never had to go through any nonsense, delays or b s when making a request. I lived there for7 years and cant really find anything to compain about. A decent place to live.
