Please help me. I am currently without AC and I’ve been without AC at least four times this summer. It is so unbearable, it’s so sad waisting $2k a month in a place that won’t even provide essential necessities. I lived in an apartment with its own ac unit and we rarely had problems but the town houses are the worse. The location is the only good thing about the place. I feel bad for the leasing agents because it’s not their fault that the company bought this very outdated apartment complex. I wish corporate would get involved and assist the leasing agents. I really hope this review helps someone because i really liked my two bedroom apartment and if I would of known how terrible the townhouses where going to be I would of just moved to the apartments next door or the Gio apartments that have had murders before.

This is the worst apartment I have lived in. The problems included, but are not limited to: (1) the main office's weekend hours changing repeatedly without text or email notice; instead, management just posts paper flyers whenever hours change; (2) packages not being consistently delivered to the same location (e.g., a package may be delivered to the main office rather than the resident's front door or the electronic package pickup machine); (3) maintenance either (i) not communicating with residents on when scheduled repairs are going to happen (e.g., taking over a week to respond to a request for repairs without notifying the resident when the planned repair should occur), (ii) arriving only to not fully repair an issue without notifying the resident when the repair will be completed (e.g., responding to a repair request to fix a closet shelf while leaving nails sticking out of the wall and not reinstalling all the bars keeping the shelf in place), (iii) submitting a notice to the resident's online portal stating the request repairs are complete when no repairs have been attempted, or (iv) requiring residents to submit multiple repair requests for the same issue due to the previously mentioned problems; (4) changing management repeatedly without sufficient notice to residents (i.e., making it difficult for residents to identify who to contact for purposes of levying complaints or issues); (5) not communicating with residents when vehicles parked by the resident's apartment have been towed or plan to be towed (e.g., a vehicle parked near a resident's apartment so that items can be unloaded is towed without first inquiring with the resident to see whether the vehicle can moved without towing); (6) having mailboxes' locks changed without notice to residents and not having a clear time when updated locks will be provided; (7) repeatedly failing to maintain the coolers for air conditioning throughout the complex (even during the summer in Phoenix); residents' dog remains not being consistently cleaned up by management (i.e., management only asks residents to make sure to pick up pet droppings, which does nothing to solve the problem; dropping are everything and make the complex look disgusting; and (8) failing to manage parking by ensuring that all residents have a space to park a vehicle (especially at night when guests of residents take up all available spots and residents generally only have one parking space). Absolutely write this place off your list of potential apartments. Although the area is good, it is not good enough to outweigh the bad. Find somewhere else in the vicinity.

God help me. Why did I move in here. This place is gross. Invest in several swamp coolers should you choose to live here. This place cannot get it together. In the past 12 months, there have been three different management teams attempting to run the place. None of which have lasted longer than 3 months. All have failed. In speaking to neighbors that have lived here slightly longer than I have, this seems to be a theme. Should you choose to live here, be prepared to deal with the water being shut off every other Tuesday. Should you chose to live here, be prepared to live with the A/C being shut off for three fourths of July. I am currently on 13 days notifying the office that I have no air-conditioning in my unit, and they just sent out a mass text letting people know that the air conditioning is down as a whole in the complex. There is no one here fixing it. Even transients Who choose to spend their night in a shelter, have access to air-conditioning and running water in order to be able to go to the bathroom. This place is hopeless. Be prepared to cook whilst roaches smell your food and crawl out of the crevices. I am not joking. Be prepared to spray while you cook. I wish this were not the case. I do have one positive thing to comment upon, one of two pools are working. They are saving tons of water by only running one of two pools during the heat of the summer, while they continually lie about shocking the second pool for two months straight (which, again, it’s the heat of summer while there is nothing else to do). Said pool is greener than a leprechaun. I actually had a resident tell me that she had to take her daughter to urgent care after swimming last summer because of such poor pool maintenance. I am not kidding. Run away. Run far, far, away.

I’ve been living here for almost 3 years under 3 different managements. Prices are unbelievable and half the time you can’t use the amenities without kids ruining it. You go to the office to get a horrible customer service and all they do is smile and say “oh sorry”. Trash is overflowing most days. I’ve reached out multiple times for repairs and nothing gets done. Management has had to enter units at least once every 2 months for “inspection”. Kids are always riding scooters/skateboards in the hall with no supervision from parents at all hours. Constantly unattended and leaving trash everywhere. I’m moving as soon as my lease is up because $1400 for no W/D is crazy. The only plus is the AC is a fixed price every month.
