They reported the test results on the AC and explain everything about their service. They were clear, concise, and courteous. I also felt the price to fix the problem was fair. Had my radiator blow out while passing they Shelton. Browns garage was able to get it fixed in one day and the rate was reasonable. Had some trouble finding the place because google maps mislead me but once we figured out it was by the airport we were all set.

Well, anybody knows how to do an oil change, or did they pump air in your tires. The question is: Did you leave there with your wallet? If so, you're just being setup for next time!
When your wannabe mechanics get paid in cash because they can't trust "bearded Mama Marlo" enough to take a check from her, something is definitely wrong. NOT an amazing shop. If the owner of the shop can't be trusted by their own employees, why would anybody in their right mind do business there?
