I really enjoyed my fish sandwich and fries. The place is clean and well kept. This was a place that I drive by a lot in my travels a coworker suggested it. Fries were delicious woth a nice crisp. Good fry sauce. Fish sandwich was very good. Dine in or drive thru. They have a clean bathroom.

normally the ritz would be my favorite but today i went in with a friend and the burgers (bigfoot and ritz double) were subpar & soggy. the fries were not much better and they gave one 1/4 container of sauce in one of the sauce containers.spent nearly $50 and gave most of the food to the dog. what a waste should have went across the street to bobs for chicken n jojos.

My picture explains my experience here. Should have just gotten a Happy Meal! Dry bun and burger! This is the second time to receive a burger made without love. At this point y’all just giving McDonald’s business!

Nothing compared to what it used to be. Doubtful to return. The fries dip isn't made the same. Has to different ingredients. The burger buns dry, burger meat overcooked dry. Dry and plain food Not sure what happened but something majorly changed. It's NOT the same! The GOOD Very clean, especially the bathroom!
