Wanted to thank PUD 3 for continued excellent service. Just read an article in Washington Post about increase in nationwide power outages. But noted that Washington state is one of the few to show a decrease in outages. Locally, I attribute that to PUD's forthought in making our power system more durable and preparing for bad weather. Sometimes it's easy to take service for granted when it's working so well. Good job?

I purchased some basically raw land in Mason County. I had an electrician put in my meter and pole. My next step was to contact Mason County PUD #3. Simply said, I have never worked with a county or city that even came close to the level of excellence I was provided. Everyone at PUD #3 took great care of me and my project. This is a utility company others should use as their model to follow. So, I want to send a huge thank you to everyone there that made our project into reality!

What a great company culture that promotes such a positive interaction with their clients. Easy process to start and stop service and you always feel like the employees are your friend when you call. Thank you Mason PUD for your great service!!

Everyone at PUD 3 has been really terrific through the entire process of getting power up & running at my new property. Especially, Katie, who was extremely patient & helpful every single time I called, and, Hector, who went out of his way to make things happen! All of you guys rock!

Hi Robert. Sorry about that. There was a car vs pole accident this morning that took out power to Lake Limerick and Emerald Lake customers. Linemen were able to isolate the damaged section and restore power to Lake Limerick before completing the repairs. This Google Page isn't really a good way to get expedited information from the PUD as it isn't monitored as often as our facebook or twitter feeds. You can also get outage updates on our website, or at www.pud3.org/outagemap. Have a good day.
Hi Gary. A kilowatt-hour for residential customers is $0.0749/kWh. You can find more details about PUD 3 rates here: www.pud3.org/rates.
Hi Anthony. Thanks for asking. PUD 3 offers a net-metering program and participates in the Washington State solar production incentive programs, although they are not currently accepting applications unfortunately. You can learn more at www.pud3.org/solar, or call our conservation department at 360-426-0777 (direct line). Enjoy the sun!

Hi Keith. Yes, there was a car vs pole accident that took out power to Star Lake. It looks like it occurred at about 2;00 AM and was restored at about 7:30 AM. In the future, a better place to get timely updates on power outages is our Outage Map: www.pud3.org/outagemap. Have a good day!

Hi Jason. Are you a tenant? If so, that may be a question to discuss with your landlord. Good luck!
Hello Jason! I know if you call the PUD up, they'll be able to give you an idea. Make sure to ask about becoming a "Fiber hood"
