We are in the process of moving in and so far everything has been great and super easy! Lamberto has been amazing and super helpful with everything. Moving out can be so stressful, but not in this case. Right away he was able to provide us with the appropriate resources and information and he is always on top of everything I love it!

Lamberto was very helpful with leasing. Amazing customer service! Hopefully we can get moved in! He’s a great leasing agent if you need someone to help you out! We walked in and he was able to give us all the info and even took on a tour!

Worst apartments ever. There’s roaches. People that live her are rude and don’t care for your property. The exits are always blocked by cars because they think it’s parking. There’s always cops here. I’ve put maintenance calls and it’s been two weeks and nothing. Don’t move here it’s the worst thing you can do.

This apartment are great.. The office women are just amazing and so welcoming.. I highly recommend them.. Keep up the great work. The new manager april is amazing. She is so nice and polite. Ive never had a better manager anywhere i lived keep up the good work..

940 + water and trash
Esberdad all the time there is water thrown everywhere, we have to pay for all that, it seems that they do not take their work well
They are expensive and honestly they are not worth the price they charge and yes they do a credit check
Ghetto, and the office management they are rude and if you have any maintenance issue it takes them forever to get them to fix it. I had a ceiling leak in my unit and it took them 3weeks to fix it and it ended causing mold to grow in my ceiling
