I just signed for another year at this complex. I’m absolutely in love with everything about it here. The apartment itself is very spacious and modern looking, and located in such a nice area. I’m so glad to have a place called home!

Previously I had plans to rent at Bella Vista but my plans changed. I called today and Gina remembered me and was so helpful and welcoming. I came back to Bella Vista for all the right reasons. Her customer service was wonderful and has made me truly look forward to moving.

I love this complex. Gina in the front office is always willing to go above and beyond for any issues that may arise. Anytime we’ve had a problem or needed a fix within the apartment, maintenance gets sent out within 24 hours, if not same day. It’s very convenient to get to from the 51, it has beautiful views of piestewa peak, and I was hesitant about the buildings being painted but now that they’re completed, I prefer the new look of the buildings. We’ve had very minimal issues here with safety and you can really tell this is a gated, well hidden community! Very thankful for Bella Vista and couldn’t recommend them enough!

My boyfriend and I were looking forever for our 1st place and finally when we met Gina, she gave us our tour & we knew we hit the jackpot! She is the sweetest, most helpful person. The staff are so quick to answer any questions and we are just so in love with our new place. Everything about the area is BEAUTIFUL ! The scenery, shopping/restaurants near by, the freeway being so close, as well as all the gorgeous amenities and hiking points. We are just so in love with Bella Vista and truly believe we made the perfect choice for us. Thank you Gina for all your help you’re the best and have a beautiful personality
