As a new mom cleanliness and safety is everything… and this place is IT for me. Not going to lie, I was in question as to whether or not my daughter and I should continue to stay(for various reasons). However, after having gone thru various transition phases with the new property owners. I think it’s safe to say, the new staff is very much: TENTATIVE, understanding, and dedicated. The grounds are looking better, all amenity areas are SANITIZED daily, and maintenance shows up quick, not weeks later 🙌🏽 All in all, the quality of work getting done between Amanda(the new Property Manager) and Robin(Accounting Manager) is what Senita absolutely NEEDED 💫

Such a beautiful property! I was stunned by the cleanliness and friendliness here when I first entered the door. Downsizing from a house full of kids to an apartment with just my husband and myself is a big change for us, but I can already tell this place will feel like home. A big shoutout to Sandra, who was a very big help with everything and had an answer to all my questions. She was very delightful and professional, especially compared to the other leasing agents that I toured with at other close by properties. I would give this community 6 stars if I could, and I would highly recommend stopping by. Thank you senita and Sandra!

Nick Owen is very knowledgeable and helpful explaining and showing everything Senita on Cave Creek has to offer. The apartments are newer and well cared for. The grounds are wonderfully kept and the many facilities are very beautiful. All of the office staff are helpful and the maintenance staff respond quickly and professionally. So far, a good pick.

My wife and I moved into Senita back in August of 2020. We have had such a great experience ever since! We love the amenities, especially the dog park since our puppy loves to socialize often. The office staff is always helpful and informative, they are all great to talk to and always have a positive attitude about everything. There is always some kind of resident event going on and on Thursdays the property sets up a food truck night, which is great! Our lease is coming up and we will for sure renew.
