This is by far the best complex I’be lived at. Jasmine who works in the front office always smiles and waves whenever she sees me. She is always quick to answer any questions that I have. Drew and Michael who work in maintenance, are always there to help with any issues that I have in my apartment. Do not waste your time living in another complex. Townhomes on the park is where you need to make your home.

I have lived here for 5+ years and don't plan on moving. Staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. Pool is always maintained and kept clean as well as the grounds around the property. Overall a great place to live that's quiet and enjoyable.

I have lived here for 2 years and cannot wait to get out of here. The manager is rude ..... does hardly anything with any complaints that you have. The guy that parked next to me ding to my brand new car from the right side passenger door all the way to my back fender nothing done. Nothing done about the upstairs neighbor stomping all hours of the night playing her TV so loud I can't sleep nothing done. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy I can't wait to get out of here.
