If you decide to live here, be prepared to go with out running water/AC for at least 4 days a month. The pipes here constantly leak/burst, resulting in multiple day shut offs. I wish I did not live here.

I will say this in the nicest way possible. First off, I will give the new staff a great rating and also the property. Yes, there have been a few hiccups but if anything, it was due to the lack of care from the previous company. As I read some of these review, people clearly do not know what they are talking about. My apartment has been sprayed once since I have moved in over 6 months ago as a routine...MAYBE BECAUSE WE ACTUALLY CLEAN OUR APARTMENT!!! The one about the 3rd floor was just funny because you could happily decline an apartment as no one is forced to sign a lease. Water shut offs are caused due to negligence of the previous company and yes, water has to be shut off in order to replace an old pipe, THAT IS NOT THE THE MANAGEMENT'S FAULT, JUST BE HAPPY THEY ARE DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT SO IT DOESN'T HAPPEN IN THE FUTURE. The one about new management taking forever to fix things requested a long time ago, that is because BH didn't leave a good record so they were catching up on BH's mistakes. The phones, if you don't get an answer because the staff is on lunch or busy, how about EMAILING? I've always gotten a response that way. The laundry, yes prices clearly went up but that is not the management companies' fault. So as stated, I like living here. My neighbors are amazing. The staff is amazing and I think they are the right people to bring some change around. So stop harassing the staff for doing their best. PAY YOUR RENTS on time and request pest control as needed. Keep in mind, pest control companies actually tell you that it is recommended not to do back to back treatments for better effects. You can call them yourselves to verify that. Thank you maintenance team and office staff.

I lived here for a bit over a year, the rent for a studio comes out to be around 1100. While I stayed here they turned off the water approximately 25-30 times in one year. Lots of odd balls hanging around. The staff will never answer the phone and it’s impossible to break a lease even if they don’t provide proper living essentials. Wish I never moved here.

Stay away. Honestly, if it weren’t for the fact that water came pouring in through my front window whenever it rained and caused mold and wood rot, this place wouldn’t have been that bad. I won’t mention any of the positives because the biggest, most important thing is not what happened when I lived there, but when I moved out. Arizona tenant law states that a landlord must forward any charges to the previous tenant and give (if memory serves me correctly) 60 days for the tenant to dispute or resolve the charges before sending the account to collections. I moved out on February 14th. By February 21st, my account had already been sent to collections. And not just any collection company - IQ Data International. A collection company known for terrible tactics and myriad lawsuits. I never received information from Camelback Flats regarding my move out charges. Thankfully, ya girl knows what’s up when it comes to the law and presented a WONDERFUL case to my lawyer who successfully sued IQ Data International and banned them from ever contacting me again. SO - moral of the story: know your rights because Camelback Flats is going to violate them.

The fact they promised me a unit. I paid for a deposit. Suddenly it wasn't available but another was for more money per month. I had to threaten to contact the attorney Generals office to report a bait and switch scam for the unit to suddenly be available again. Also to go off the others person. They charge a 3-4 dollar fee for this conservice statement. Even if you don't get paper statements.
I would agree with the owner, there are many concerns with the complex. Unless you live in an apartment that is east of 15th Street (the buildings that only have a 2nd floor).
Last I knew only Saturday but that's a stretch. They have what is basically the receptionist there who has no power to do anything but take your rent money and maybe leave a note for maintenance for repairs.
