I would stay away from this place. Dogs are allowed to roam free, at least once a week there is a problem with plumbing or electricity or heating. It's constantly noisy. The location is the only good part.

I would agree with the owner, there are many concerns with the complex. Unless you live in an apartment that is east of 15th Street (the buildings that only have a 2nd floor).
