worst apartment complex i’ve ever seen. management is useless. packages arrive and are thrown unprotected on the ground of the apartment mailroom and then residents can’t get in the mailroom to access the packages. residents can’t get in any gates that are locked. “pickers” come through the apartment complex and dig through the dumpsters.

New review after moving in: Can't get a maintenance request account to request maintenance on broken stove drawer, broken drawer rail. No returned calls or emails to questions requiring answers. But the a/c works well so far. I'll post an update in August.

I’m just going to assume my AC issue is going to go unnoticed. How do I file a maintenance request on Sunday and no action all week until Friday it is closed out with NO ACTION. I’ve had headaches all week from being in this hot apartment because I work from home. I also got children who complain of being hot while in the comfort thier home. This is beyond me. I was initially told that if they call an AC EXPERT to come out and they say the same thing they tell me then I’ll be charged! My SRP daily usage is ridiculous because my AC is not working properly. This has caused so much stress financially, physically and mentally. After several maintenance request for my AC I’ve waited to give a review because I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I tried to keep to myself and don’t even want to bug the office because they don’t really care about much. I’ve taken the parking issue with a grain of salt here. But as a resident who lives in Arizona having AC issues is not sustainable. I was told these apartments are “old” I don’t pay “prices” of an “old” apartment. Side note I have reached out to corporate they never followed up either.

DO NOT move into this place!!! The pricing may be reasonable compared to others in the area and pictures on their website may look nice but they definitely are not! Any maintenance work completed is normally mediocre, if they even do anything at all! People in these apartments as well as my own unit seems to always have AC issues and clogged pipes leading to leaks. Management does nothing to fix the issue but refer to policy on a lot of problems or take days to respond! They are unprofessional and unwilling to meet in the middle and help their residents. There are a lot of vehicle break in’s and the community gym got stolen from twice already! There’s always trash everywhere on the floor and parking is ridiculous! Whatever you do steer clear of this place! Always read your reviews before you make a decision because it’s not always what it seems, especially when it comes to this place!

Yes they have a roach problem. Before I moved in, I noticed dead roaches behind the bathroom door and in the dishwasher. When I requested to be placed on an extermination list to address the roaches, I was informed they only treated the general area, not individual apartments, once a month. Then, when I complained to corporate about having to treat my own apartment, the manager came out to do an "inspection" and tried to blame me for the bugs. This is not a place you want to live at.
