This was my first apartment and it wasn’t too bad, the office staff was helpful throughout my whole process of moving and was very receptive throughout my whole lease and made the whole situation easier. I’m really appreciative of Alexia who helped me ease in as I was moving in.

My experience with tides was a easy and professional. I was getting a tour by this lovely young lady Alexia. I can tell they teach there staff well since she was patient and helpful every step of the way. Highly recommend the stay, and if you decide on staying ask for Alexia!!

I have been in this location since May of 2017 and from day one I asked if there were any Roaches and I was told No Roaches. 2nd day of living here I saw Roaches in the day time and it has been a nightmare since then. They come in through the front door because of the missing what they call weather strip is more like roach stopper. Don't believe when they say email or call us to solve the problem, the problem is that they never answer the emails. Please if you look at an apartment always check under the fridge and stove and don't forget the dish washer. They make everything look beautiful but they hide the dirt underneath take your time and don't be in a hurry. If you smell lysol chances are that there's mold specially first floors.Spray hides the smell temporarily.

Absolutely the WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX IVE EVER LIVED IN. Maintenance takes MONTHS to come fix an issue. Dirty property! They don’t take care of their pools, laundry facilities or even grills. Only ONE grill in the whole complex works. Power shuts off with no warnings ! But the office still has power. Yet the entire complex is pitch black! Unprofessional staff at front office! They stay changing people in the office! So if management can’t keep employees that definitely says something about how they are doing business. Maintenance was suppose to come paint a wall in my house after they fixed a water pipe and after a month of asking, they brought ME A BUCKET OF PAINT TO HAVE ME PAINT MY WALL MYSELF!!! Just TERRIBLE && TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! Y’all need to do better! No amount of apologies will fix the terrible customer service or property! So ROBINSON GROUP YALL NEEED TO DO BETTER TO BECAUSE THEY REPRESENT YOU AS A COMPANY AND THEIR DOING A TERRIBLE JOB AT IT!
