I moved into park on bell a little over a month ago and i feel so blessed to have found this apartment complex. I moved from out of state and my credit is not the best but i have a good income and proof all my previous landlord debts had been paid so they were able to work with me. Besides how amazing the staff is the grounds and amenities are absolutely amazing and everyone i have met so far has been nothing but friendly. Jason is a amazing manager and does everything he can to help you with any issues you may have right then. I feel blessed to have found this place and plan on living here until i am ready to purchase a home. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!

My partner and I were struggling to find the right home until we came across this place and I must say if I could give this place more than 5 stars I definitely would! Amazing customer service! I lived here at Park on Bell for about a year and from start to finish this was 100% the best experience I've ever had leasing an apartment. It took no more than 24 hours for me to have my lease signed and a move-in date for my new place. Rudy, Jason, and everyone on the POB team will go above and beyond for their tenants. On top of that, maintenance requests were always handled very quickly and everyone on the maintenance team is so friendly. If I could package the whole team up and take them with me to my new place out-of-state I would. It's hard to match an experience like I had here. If you're looking for an amazing property managed by the most genuinely kind people in a great location that's in walking distance to shops, food spots, and grocery stores—look no further. You've found your home.

I have been living at Park on Bell since 12/20. I love it here the apartments are kept up, if I have a problem that need to be fixed maintenance is there and the management is so friendly and caring. I will say Jason is the only manager I’ve seen so far who is always walking the apartment grounds, I see him helping the gardening crew and he shows that he care about the tenants and the apartment complex.
