I’ve been coming to this car wash since I moved to Katy 9 yrs ago. Their service was very much to my satisfaction. They were slow but the job was good so I always made a point to come first thing in the morning during weekdays. However, the last 2 or so years things have dramatically changed. Their quality of job has reduced and am always pointing out areas that need to be retouched. A few months ago I was there at 9am, 3rd car in lot. Took them over 1 hour until I spoke up as to why 3-4 cars after me had already been done and left. The manager was in I don’t care attitude. I have been charged an additional $2 because my vehicle is “over size”. I have Land Rover Discovery. Two rows and no bigger than a regular car size. No 3rd row like a Suburban per say. Again, I sucked it up although I voiced my discomfort. But today just topped things off when the same manager added an additional $5 because my car had bug stains!! So $5 for stains and $2 for over size. This in addition to the $25 wash I always get plus tip. Im not about low balling anyone’s job. But it seems that they are selective as to how they treat and charge people. They’ve lost my loyalty. Too many other options out there to take my business elsewhere.
