I bought a monthly plan because they sold me on a buy 2 get one free deal. Since then I’ve tried going three different times. Once they were closed due to equipment breakage or something. The second time I wanted a “quick” wash before my wife went to work. There were 11 cars in front of me, moving at a snail’s pace. To exit the line I had to circle around and go backwards and remove their sign blocking one lane. So no wash that day. Third time, car was was closed again! 5 pm on a Monday. I call their number they said sorry, go to a different location.

They have signs saying that the free vacuums are only for people who paid for a car wash.
Yes girls are great men on the other hand can be rude. Seems favoritism rules, was in line 5 min + was next left me waiting to attend another. And I'm a member. If possible I go elsewhere.

Yes - we have been doing free car washes from June 6-June 15th. Nothing required - just come by.
