Whenever I needed help with the computer to pay my rent or a problem with something the Brookside family and office staff has always been helpful while having an awesome amount of patience dealing with my lack of computer skills.. Lol

Let me start off by saying that when you walk in the office the manager intercepts you from getting assistance from the Asst Manager she seen me standing waiting she is very rude not people friendly at all.

Couldn't really figure out the website, but we talked to the assistant manager and they were soo nice and helpful!! They helped guide us through everything and we finally were approved!! Positivity is everything!
