I've lived here for 5 months, and each month has been hell. From Pest control issues and maintenance issues, this apartment has never felt like home. In regards to maintenance, I've had to plead with the last manager to please come fix my issues and still never got a proper resolution. Two days ago, I called because one of the issues I've had since moving in still wasn't resolved and Coni Leal answered the phone (thank god!) She was diligent with my issue, came and took a look herself (when in the past I've told the last property manager something is broken and have gotten a response of "no, they fixed that" as I stood right in front of my ceiling dripping 😒, like I wasn't the one who lived there). Coni got plumbers to come the next day since the normal maintenance people couldn't locate the source of the leak, and in the same day had the leak fixed. And as soon as possible she's going to have my damaged carpet fixed. And has been working with me on getting some compensation for the absolutely dreadful experience I've been having. I'm so grateful for Coni. She has listened to me and Actually fixes my issues in a timely matter. I hope she sticks around- there's an end in sight with these water issues because of her and hopefully now this apartment can start to feel like a home whereas before it felt slummy.

Relatively nice place but it does have its issues. The biggest is that the buildings are rather old. Built in the 1980's, the apartment subfloors creak very easily. Noise easily passes through walls and the insulation does not hold heat/cool very well. Pool is nice but seems prone to algae blooms. Needs to be shocked more often. This apartment complex needs to be renovated from the frame up. Will move out when the lease is up. Again, a relatively nice complex, but do bring earplugs.

This place is so disappointing and run down. Since I’ve been here it’s been nothing but disappointment after disappointment. First, there are ROACHES here, giant ones. I’ve called maintenance multiple times on this issues but I still see them. My light by the front door has been put for months and I have put in a service request for that but nothing has been done. It took me 8 months and 4 trips to the leasing office to finally get a mailbox key. They AC/ Heating is not very good and my electric bill is high. It is LOUD here, forget about getting any decent sleep, you will hear cars, fire trucks, loud music.. etc all day, everyday. LOUD neighbors ! And did I mention the GIANT ROACHES! Do not recommend!
