I left a review a few weeks ago expressing some of my grievances with this apartment complex (check yelp for details). The property manager replied to my review and then never reached out to me. My review was then hidden from public view! After no one reached out to me about my concerns I went to the leasing office to speak with management. I sat down with the supposedly the new assistant property manager and absolutely nothing has been addressed or solved since. I have sent several emails and absolutely no follow through or care from this place. I feel so unsafe living here. I want to move out immediately. *Update again* They are now ignoring my maintenance requests and not a single member of their team has reached out to me.

I came to this place to view a 2 bdrm. You would think they would make an empty apartment look presentable. Why did I open the refrigerator door and nothing but live and dead roaches..Garbage all in the halls of the apartments in front of doors. Just nasty. I just can't!!

This place seems like it used to be absolutely beautiful. However it doesn't really seem to be worth the price they are charging. I wish we wouldn't have been in such a rush. I jad to literally call them to see if we had been approved and when i called they said I didn't make enough, they apparently had no idea that two ppl with two incomes were on the application. We should have stopped right then and there lol. The condition of the apartment is far from what the price indicates. The sink in the bathroom has rust, the water pressure isn't very good. The cabinets have chipped paint. There's a big dead bug in the kitchen light fixture and when we moved in there were roaches (there still are) I put in a pest control request about a week ago and they just checked it off, no update. If I could get out of my lease I would. There are way better options out there. It doesn't really seem liked they bothered to actually clean the apartment prior to our move in :(. We will see what happens.

This is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Extremely loud and disruptive construction has been ongoing for months. The “waste management” is just a never-ending dump pile of discarded furniture and ripped trash bags. All sorts of vermin and insects are crawling over the place. Hope you like roaches and opossums! But on top of that, I’ve never had such rude, inconsiderate neighbors. Unleashed dogs wander everywhere and bark at all hours. There’s at least one a-hole playing loud music in the parking lot every day. A neighbor who recently moved in was sat on his porch catcalling at a woman trying to walk to her car one night. Cars speed through the lot like they’re racing. It’s not a safe environment. It’s not a peaceful environment. It’s just cheap (and still overpriced).
