HORRIBLE customer service!! Nellie Gonzalez was very rude and she hang up on me when I complained, then Jeff Lancaster the president back her up without even giving me a chance to see why I am complaining about,( he refused my phone call). However, I DON’T recommend them to anyone, but if you still want to have business with them, pay them after they completed their service because customer satisfaction is NOT in their policy!!!

Horrible customer service! In addition, they threatened to sue me for $10,000 and encourage other people to sue me as well in an effort to intimidate me into taking down my truthful review on Facebook/Yelp describing my experience and honest opinions. In a nutshell, I was dissatisfied with the service they provided, so I expressed my concerns to them and asked that they redo the service or provide a refund. In their replies, they called me a liar, said I would be committing credit card fraud if I disputed the charge, and when I posted a review about their customer service on Facebook, they threated to sue me. Of course, reviews are protected by the First Amendment and in California, by Anti-SLAPP laws as well. In summary, a giant two thumbs down as there are many reputable process service companies to choose from.

Our service charge is $9.95 per filing for the standard timeline or $19.95 for a same day e-filing. This pricing does not include any court costs, which come directly from the court or hosting provider for the filing site.
It varies court to court. Some courts file and conform the filings the same day, then we can send them out for service immediately! Other courts are a bit slower and take a few days to even a week before filing and conforming the documents. When they are done, we can get it out for service the same day we receive them back from the court!
Each State has different Rules for who can serve Legal documents for cases. In California, they require Process Servers to be Registered and Bonded with the State of California. Every Process Server that we use in California is Registered and Bonded with the State. All of the services that we offer in California is being done by a Registered and Bonded Process Server.
