Elise Phan was my case agent. I came to her with quite a confusing and challenging situation... My specific case issues were very unique, so she's never encountered this before as well has her immediate supervisors! I've visited her on 3 separate occasions to clear the issues up as best as we could. It was a month of stress, anxiety and headaches on my end... She was very QUICK to follow up my emails and phone calls. I did not have to wait long for a response. She was VERY kind to walk me through this long process, referring to her supervisor and other parties for assistance, and helping me to plan my next best move. We both felt disappointment and frustration at the discrepancies in my case. However, Elise maintained her professionalism the ENTIRE time! We've come to a temporary solution, but my case still has a few MAJOR issues... I was SO GLAD that Elise helped me through this whole fiasco. She really is a SUPERSTAR!!! It's easy to tell when someone is "just doing their job" vs. the people who perform ABOVE and BEYOND at work. 10/10 recommend. Overall AWESOME lady!! Easy to talk to and gets the job done!! I'll be going back to her soon to follow up with my case and take her out to lunch to thank her (after Covid)!!! :)

this was my first time going to the center and asking for an agent help, and I am very satisfied. Ask for Ms. Quyen Nguyen, she is very nice and knowledgeable. She will help you with any question you have or concern about. She can speak fluently in both English & Vietnamese. I made an appointment with her in advance, and she did prepared well before meeting me with all information needed, so our meeting was fast, efficient, & we completed all needed adjustment for my case.
