Use to love living here now that there is new management not so much. No one answers the phone can’t make partial payments everything is online no sort of personal customer service. Miss the old management actually enjoyed going into the office. No one answers the phones then you put an eviction notice on the inside of my apartment. Did not give permission to enter my home how hard is it to buy an envelope and put it on the door

I REGRET RENEWING MY LEASE ….DONT NOT MOVE HERE !!! THEY JUST CHANGE OWNERSHIPS SOME MONTHS AGO WORST DECISION EVER MADE !!!!!! THE COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE, LEASING OFFICE NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE WHEN U CALL, YOU HAVE TO LEAVE A VOICEMAIL EVERY SINGLE TIME , THEY JUST SIT THERE AND LET THE PHONES RING OFF THE HOOK THE FRONT OFFICE DID NOT NOTIFY THERE TENANTS WHEN THE WATER WAS SHUT OFF BY THE CITY OF ARLINGTON ON YESTERDAY & THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME IT HAPPENED THEY TAKE DAYS TO REPAIR ANYTHING, RENT WENT UPP, & NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY ARE REARRANGING OUR COVERED PARKING SPACES , IVE BEEN PARKING IN THE SAME PARKING SPACE A YEAR PLUS AND NOW I HAVE TO PARK WAY ACROSS THE PARKING LOT !!! THE ONLY THING I LIKE ABOUT THIS COMMUNITY IS THAT ITS QUIET

The Pool is still closed and mgmt. is horrible and lazy to fix anything DO NOT LEASE FROM HERE!!! RUN Shaneae it crazy u can comment a response but can't send maintenance, can't answer calls. And can't manage a property properly 🙃 if u wanted to do better you would instead of making excuses . Fix the issues residents have and do your job !!!

I was in the process of renewing my lease in May just before the new management company took over and have regretted that decision ever since. I’ve been a resident since 2017 and the communication has never been this bad. Emails are ignored by both women in the office. When I call I only get the response of “well, I can call corporate to see.” My lease renewed with a $150 increase, I spoke to the previous company and they agreed to a few repairs, not an appliance upgrade like I requested, but they would fix the grout, tile and condition of my bathroom tub.I have made numerous attempts to get this job done with the new company, but when I asked for clarification of whether I would need to not use the tub for 48 hours or 72 I never received a response, therefore it was never scheduled. That’s the difference between a one night hotel stay and two. I need to know in advance. Never heard back. I gave them 3 optional dates of when I can be out in order to have the job done and they wait until 2 have already passed before contacting me to schedule it in the first place. Phones were down for weeks, emails ignored and the office is closed during my lunch break. I’m not sure how they think we are suppose to get in contact with them. The billing system is out of control, I’ve been over charged for pest control, renters insurance (when I have my own) and now I think for the utilities as we normally see an additional charge of $125-140 for utilities, but now it’s closer to $200 And yet they are unable to determine if I am being charged correctly. The email I sent last month about this same issue was ignored. The gym has been closed for months waiting out repairs to the keyless entry. It’s available when the office is open, while I’m at work and there is no ETA on when that will happen, but Yolanda did say she can contact corporate to find out. I will say the maintenance response time is on point if they don’t close out the request before the job is actually completed. I did need some repair on my air conditioner that I reported late Saturday and the maintenance man was there early Sunday looking at it. Which in my experience is unheard of for a weekend. I am frustrated with the front office due to their lack of communication. I would like the repair to my bathtub completed and I would like my emails responded to. An almost $200 monthly increase to my rent/utilities is not warranted in these conditions. Sure, the gates are broken half the time and cars get broken into, that’s apartment life. However, when you have been waiting for over 6 months for a single repair job it’s bordering on ridiculous.
