I have been calling this property for two weeks straight. No one ever answers the phone. I even stopped by the actual office, no one was inside. How very sad and unprofessional.

Very unprofessional and Vendictiv staff. Less than 30 minutes after signing lease the AC. Quite working and so did the refrigerator it is 102 degrees outside and I've been here 2 weeks and still not fixed. There is sewer leaking out from under apt. Across from me and I have heart problems and im 62 yrs old. I called the city of Arlington code office and they say it may be up to 10 days before they can check it out. STAY AWAY FROM THESE NASTY APARTMENTS

I am trying to relocate to the area and this apartment does not accept or is willing to work with anyone not already in the area. Leasing office lady stated had to have a paper copy and was unwilling to mail one or even email it. After explaining that I didnt know anyone in the area but could have it certified she stated if I cant physically get a paper copy, I wouldnt be able to apply. In 2022 you would think there would be more options then just picking up a paper copy.
