Martial arts are ancient practices by humans to increase self-discipline (mind and body balance) and self-defense ( against physical and mental stress). These practices are increasingly challenged in a modern world with a population of almost 8B who are struggling with information overload. Taekwondo this school teaches is one of the finest in Jupiter, perhaps in the world ( i have seen/practiced Taekwondo myself in two different countries). Children who train in this school in my opinion become responsible human beings with both lessons of self-discipline and self defect. I witness firsthand most classes that my tween kid attends. My kid is challenged, respectful, collaborative, and looks forward to belt exams that are quite persuasive and difficult. When my kid passes exams feel contented and motivated. All this is because of committed teachers. 100% professional (Not on their phone during classes). They care and encourage and motivate children with life lessons, which is a gift, not every ecosystem offers to the growing minds, but this school is. If anyone looking to teach martial arts, particularly taekwondo (an official Olympic game) to their kids, I assure you will not be disappointed in this place.

We love it here. The teachers are patient. They keep the class interesting. There’s training, but also dodgeball type games and obstacle courses. My son learns to defend himself, gets exercise and also a quick life lesson lecture. It’s nice that the older kids help the newer kids too.
