Kim was Awesome. We were undecided when we first reserved a storage space with air controlled or not and after changing our mind twice she got us all set up again. I felt so bad for the extra work but Kim was so patient and understanding. Thank you so much! I wanted to make sure I added after we used this storage location for several months. Eddie was so helpful when it came time that we no longer needed a storage facility and accommodating us in our needs to access our storage with a large truck and make sure we weren't charged for time we didn't use like most other storage facilities. Thank you!
