There are dogs here
There's only a charge when the fence goes up around an occasional special festival. Avoid these times. They are packed in too small an area. We wait behind 30 people to get a drink and end up getting a 2nd across the street at Stadium Grill
The music equipment is set up and the radar looks pretty good. I would monitor the downtown Abacoa Facebook page.

Lawn seating as well as seats. Food and drinks are on a show-by-show basis, depending on the promoter, not every show is free. Some are but many are ticketed events. There are always vendors out there selling food & drinks.
