Today I went to look at an apartment here an OMG. When I walked in it smelled like someone had bombed already and it wasn’t cleaned , the refrigerator had an awful smell, dead roaches, the ceilings had massive stains, countertops were cheap an the drawers were painted over, the place was just not cleaned. The gate was apparently broken. How is the office area beautiful but the apartment i looked at was trash??? The rent price truly needs to go down it’s not worth big bucks.

Run! Do not rent here! Absurd fees, disrespectful and racist staff members. This place has gone down hill rapidly. I regret the referrals I gave when I first moved in.

1st there is Lots of crime in this place . Shooting just happened last week and I doubt that woman survived! Any apartment complex that’s managed by Steadfast or IRT living is not worth even wasting time to go check out. The best Immediate Leasing office management does not know anything beyond basic sign up , collecting rent , sending out maintenance and Corporate management does not care to hear much from the residents and will side with Leasing office no matter what. Maintenance will creat problems during fixing of initial problem. The communication within the Leasing office employees is horrible and infects the communication between the Management and tenants.
