Request to all who are looking out to stay in this property don’t get fooled by the beauty of this property its not safe to stay here there are lots of burglary taking place we got robbed recently and you will be without any kind of help in emergency we had to change the door lock by are self they had no maintenance guy available, all the gates are open anyone and everyone can enter this property they don’t have courtesy cop or security in this property nor they have any concern for the residents do think 10 times before you get an apartment at Northchase Village

In my opinión, when i firts move. Management was súper great apartaments in great condition , since the New management took position , everything Its not in compliance, gym dirty green áreas dirty. Never fix anything last a month with the ac broke…. Manager very agresive with residents , rude. Unrespecfull Not recomended. At least with this manager in charge

No they don't and quite frankly you do not want to live here
