Here is cool staying but with a mean manager. Dean took my rental deposit, claimed the flooding was caused by us, but with evidence of d bathroom tank being patched n luckily I moved in April 29th, 2021 but had d pix taken may 4th, 2021. She accepted. Only for her to say we broke again . Took my water bill of $121.92 n claimed d bal to b damages caused by water flood. The manager is so mean n calous!!! She offered I moved out and I embracded this. Also we were not in for 12 days when this incidence happened. Rather she and H.C. Will choose to threaten me to eviction. Bcos I asked for the pix d guy that came in saw. I demand my rental balance n if u have any claim to make iro of d flooding why taking on my rental deposit. You r mean n lacks understanding as to talking to residents n whoever u choose to evict after resident complain. You really lack, empathy, lack respect n so racial. Also a sadist I r. This is a no no no apartment while u r still there as a manager. Ur snitching staff too r soo racial n your white lady snitch too r so wierd This is a good place to me but you as a manager is a bad omen!! Dean u need to lean management ethics u definely lacks this. You r so much full of bullying n racist. You gat no listening ears aswell. Your description r way too much. Also a thief!! U stole my rental balance. 😡😡😡😡😡😡👺👺👺👺👺👹👹👹👹👹👹

The only reason for 1 star is bc its required! Do NOT move to this complex! The property manager Dena is a HORRIBLE person! She is nasty to residents! If you advise her of any issues she finds a way to blame the resident! A rat was found in 1 of the units & she accused the resident of being nasty & stated she was going to see that they're evicted! She is a horrible manager! She walks the property & tells residents she will have them evicted if she sees toys or patio furniture thats not to her liking on the patio! Dena needs to go bc she is very mean & very unprofessional! She also talk bad about current residents to potential new residents!

Worst apartments, Rats roaches! Dina is the worst and rudest property manager in the world!!! I rather live in a tent under a bridge than here!!! Horrible horrible place to live!!
