Don’t know where to start but Jose is hands down the reason for this 5 Start review. I’m not one to leave reviews but this man makes you feel at home from start to finish. He’s treated us amazing from the second we toured Camden Victory Park. We are sad that our lease is ending early cause of life things that called for a move outside of Texas. Jose if you’re reading this PLEASE come with haha Facility is nice minus a few things (mainly my ocd) but we have LOVED calling this place home and are sad to leave. Hey Jose’s boss you have a great one on your hands! He is an amazing person! I’ll always remember him speed walking in and sitting down at his desk before our tour wiping sweat from his forehead saying he just saved someone bird haha not all superhero’s wear capes

First off, Camden is one of the best management companies in the industry. For what you get on square footage, build out, location, it’s the best value without a doubt! Being on the Katy Trail is great. You have entry to the North Toll close by. Easy Uber to downtown/Deep Ellum, Design District. Tom Thumb around the corner, Victory Park a quick walk, two coffee shops a stones throw away. As someone that works in the industry, for the price it can’t be beat. The maintenance and management team are very friendly and go out of their way to get things done. People that complain need to realize that it’s high use stuff so things break. Issues happen. No place is perfect. Even the crazy expensive spots. Can’t go wrong here!

Management gone downhill. Originally a great place to call home for over 4 years, recent personnel changes have been a real detriment for the community. My car was shot in the parking garage with over $4,000 in damages which resulted in me choosing to terminate my lease citing ongoing safety concerns. Even after all of this, they are still attempting to nickel and dime $300+ out of us in move-out charges with poor communication and threats for collections. They say they care about their residents while they move-in, happily work with you to move to a more expensive unit, but they will make no compromises once they have you locked in. +1 star for the amazing maintenance team that serves as the only reason this building is still standing.

We offer late check-out whenever possible for a small fee, and you can add it to your reservation here in the app. We’ll notify you once we know whether late check-out is available.
We offer complimentary early check-in whenever possible, depending on your Vacasa home’s housekeeping schedule. We’ll know if early check-in is available by 9 a.m. on the day of your arrival, and will notify you on your reservation here in the app.
If you cancel: Within 24 hours of booking, you’ll receive a full refund. 30 days or more before your trip, you’ll receive a refund of any rental payments you’ve made, minus the booking fee. Within 30 days of your trip, refunds are only given if you’ve purchased Trip Protection and the reason for your cancellation falls within its guidelines
