I was greeted by Erika the Assistant Manager. She was very nice and very informative. The community was hands down the best of the best. It’s well maintained,the amenities are top notched. The customer service alone made want to call the Elan home. Thanks Erika for showing me around and answering all my many of questions. You will never go wrong choosing the Elan Inwood to call home.

These townhomes are phenomenal. They are so beautiful from inside and out. I am so eager to move in. Thank you to Erika who helped us out. She was very sweet.

By far the best office staff that I have had a tour with. They were so welcoming and nice. I cant wait to move in soon. I love love love this area too. It is very clean and nice.

Edit: Their reply is essentially saying I'm lying about my experience. The doors were NOT unlocked. And both times that employees locked the door was DURING BUSINESS HOURS. I've attached a screen shot that has the time stamped messages. These people literally lock the doors despite employees being in the office. I needed to get keys from an employee in order to complete a job. The employees let maintenance workers in, looked at me, and locked the front door. Despite them seeing me attempt to open the from door earlier and seeing me sit in my car right in front of the office. Rude. The same thing happened earlier today but I was lucky enough to catch the door right as they were locking it up.
